J earned a degree in Mass Communications and English from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. He came to RPA in 1996 as a digital writer and has worked on a variety of campaigns and clients including VH-1, Discovery Channel, SYFY Network, Shark Week and California Anti-tobacco. Currently J oversees creative strategy and executions on all social media fronts for Honda, Temper-Sealy, ampm, ARCO, Apartments.com and Pivot. J’s strength lies in his storytelling, and a keen ability to connect brands and fans in simple, emotional ways. His campaigns have been recognized by Cannes, One Show, IAAA, Belding, ThinkLA, Addy, J.D. Power, Yahoo! Big Idea Chair, Yahoo! Searchlight, Mixx, OMMA and One Show. J is a regular editorial contributor to several online periodicals including iMediaConnection, FastCoCreate and Digiday. |

Mike Dossett leads the Digital Strategy department at RPA, one of the nation's largest independent advertising agencies, and has been featured in CNBC, Wall Street Journal, Adweek, ANA Magazine, Digiday, CIO, and more. Dossett and his team oversee the development and implementation of marketing frameworks and campaign activations across digital platforms, brand content, and social media for some of the world's largest advertisers. Prior to joining RPA, Dossett helped lead brand marketing at one of the largest digital publishers, developing integrated content and media programs for Fortune 500 brands across nearly every category. Dossett's background spans brand strategy, digital display advertising, digital video, social strategy, digital content, audience development, media strategy, publisher partnerships, and platform strategy. |
